He now works at Cencora, a Fortune 500 healthcare company, supporting people-first strategies that drive performance, innovation, and engagement.
Alongside his corporate career, Jeff partners with founders, executives, and rising leaders to support their personal growth, leadership effectiveness, and career transitions. He’s known for his sharp insight, calm presence, and ability to help clients cut through noise to get to what matters most.
